What Flowers Will Bloom Next Month? March 2026

Tiny Bluets

We had a stretch of warm days between February 16th to the 21st, and that jump started the flowers into bloom. With those few warm days, we finally saw the cherry trees and star magnolias open their flower buds. You might have noticed more green on the ground, too. Our early spring flowers are leafing out and getting their flowers ready. After another stretch of warm weather, I think we’ll be seeing flowers everywhere.

During March, we should see green and gold, field pansies, cherries, plums, redbuds, dogwoods, serviceberries, lyreleaf sage, jack in the pulpit, may-apple, coral honeysuckle, rain lilies, tiny bluets, speedwells, and so many more.

What are you looking forward to seeing this month?
