Mills Spring Greenway

Mills Spring Greenway

Have you had the chance to explore the Mills Spring Greenway in Morrisville? I recently went for the very first time, and I highly recommend it!

The Mills Spring Greenway runs between Paramount Parkway and Carrington Mill Boulevard. The flat trail is 1.16 miles long. The office buildings on Sync Street are on one side of the trail, while a small lake is on the other side. There are no paths directly to the lake. There are several benches for resting, and signs marking the distance along the path.

On the late spring day I saw many of the familiar wildflowers that line the other trails in Morrisville. I saw a variety of dragonflies being so close to the tree-lined lake. There were cricket frogs, great blue herons, turtles and several kinds of birds.

The Mills Spring Greenway was quiet and beautiful. It’s definitely worth a special trip. Let me know if you have a chance to get out there.
