Blue Mistflower

Bluish purple flowers are fluffy and tubular. They appear in dense flat-topped clusters.

Blue Toadflax

Blue to purple flowers with a 2-lobed upper lip and a larger, 3-lobed lower lip with a white center. The back of the flower has a long, downward pointing spur.

Broadleaf Arrowhead

White, 3 petaled flowers. Male and female flowers are on the same scape, the male flowers on the upper portion, the female flowers on the lower portion. Male flowers have bushy yellow centers, female flowers have mounded green centers. The leaves are 12 inches long, held above water, and are shaped like arrowheads.

Flower heads in clusters at the end of stems. Fuzzy rosy-pink flowers with no petals.

Carolina Horse-Nettle

The flower is star-shaped with five white to light violet petals. There are large yellow anthers in the center. The small green-yellow fruit looks like a tomato.
