Broadleaf Arrowhead

White, 3 petaled flowers. Male and female flowers are on the same scape, the male flowers on the upper portion, the female flowers on the lower portion. Male flowers have bushy yellow centers, female flowers have mounded green centers. The leaves are 12 inches long, held above water, and are shaped like arrowheads.

Bull Thistle

Wide, fluffy flower that is purplish-pink. Flower sits on a green urn-shaped base.

Calliopsis

Branched clusters of yellow flowers with maroon centers. The yellow petals have a maroon base and 3 teeth at the tip.

Flower heads in clusters at the end of stems. Fuzzy rosy-pink flowers with no petals.

The flower is star-shaped with five white to light violet petals. There are large yellow anthers in the center. The small green-yellow fruit looks like a tomato.

Clusters of 2-4 unstalked, light purple, funnel-shaped flowers. The petals are wrinkled or creased.

A weedy vine with clusters of white, cross-shaped flowers. Often climbing on top of trees and shrubs. Fruit is a cluster with feather-like tails.
